- What payment options do you offer?
During the check-out in your order you can choose between PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Google pay, apple pay and sofortüberweisung. Please note in the payment method bank transfer and sofortüberweisung, that your order will be shipped only when the amount has been received in our account. Depending on the bank, it may take a few days for us to receive the money.
- Do you offer purchase on account?
We are still a small company and therefore unfortunately do not have the capacity to offer on account. Thank you very much for your understanding.
- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide - you can find the conditions here.
- What are the shipping costs within Germany?
We charge a shipping flat rate of € 4.99 per order from 0 - 2kg. From a weight of 2 - 10 kg we charge a flat rate of € 6.99. And for heavy goods or bulky goods such as carpets or large laundry baskets, we charge € 8.99. We offer Free Shipping from a shopping value of € 400 and up.
You also have the option of choosing "Store Pick Up" during checkout and picking up your order in our shop in Berlin (please note our opening times). There are no costs for this.
All packages are shipped insured via DHL.
- When will my order be sent?
We do our best to ship every package at the latest the day after we have received the order. If you choose the payment method bank transfer, the shipping will take place as soon as the payment has been received. Please not that we don’t ship on Sundays and public holiday.

- How long will my order take to be delivered?
The average delivery time within Germany is 2-3 days, in the EU 4-8 days and worldwide 8-14 days. Feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com if you need something faster - we always try to find a solution for emergencies.
- I am still waiting for my package!
Please use the tracking link to check if the package has been delivered to a neighbor. If it is not with a neighbor and the shipping is more than a week ago please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Do you accept the costs of returns?
Due to the small size of our company, we can’t pay for any return costs.

- How do I make a return or what should I pay attention to?

- Can I also just change a product?
If you would like to exchange one or more articles, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and together we will clarify your individual exchange process.
- What is the deadline for returns?
All returns must be returned to us within 14 days after the order has arrived.
- I returned something, when and how will I get my money back?
As soon as your package arrives and we have checked that everything is fine and in the original condition, we will transfer your money back to you immediately. We use the same payment method you used to purchase the product.
